Maintain production following USDA standards, work closely with supervisors to keep line running smoothly, other duties as assigned. |
8 year minimum experience in evisceration production work, verifiable working references necessary, supervision experience required. |

Plant Trainer-Evisceration |
Train new hires and current employees on job skills, company policies, and plant procedures. Help new hire adjust to the work force. Review job performance of trainees. Assist plant management in maintaining efficient line production. |
Proficient in evisceration line job skills. Excellent verbal communication skills. Bi-lingual in Spanish. Must be dependable, cooperative, have initiative and patience. |

Safety |
PSM/Safety Supervisor |
Responsible for all plant safety programs, OSHA Compliance and Emergency response initiatives. Work with refrigeration to ensure that PSM program is in place and updated with all supporting documentation. |
Must have the ability to work well with other managers. Must read and write English. Knowledge of PSM and required documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. College degree preferred but not necessary. The ability to understand and speak Spanish is a plus. |
